- 16 February 2024: official communication of acceptance of the teams
- Between 19 February and 12 April 2024: Online trainings
- The Advisory Board will inform all teams about the contents and any assignments of the above-mentioned trainings well in advance.
- 15 April 2024 by 23.59 CEST: Submission of the project presentation and report
- Deadline submission project report by email to foodfactory4us@iseki-food.net.
- Week of 22 April 2024: Final Virtual Conference.
- Instructions for giving your presentation at the Final Conference will be made available on time.

All online trainings and the Final Virtual Conference will be scheduled, as much as possible, at an hour suitable for the time zones of the teams.
