Student teams from universities worldwide are competing to find the best solutions to the following:  How can we define and ensure holistic and measurable quality that consumers understand? Here student teams will present their projects and the winning team will be announced! The winning team will go to Aquaculture Europe 2019, Berlin DE, 7-10 October 2019 and to the Nextfood Annual Meeting 2020 in Thessaloniki, Greece.  The workshop is open to anyone interested in sustainable aquaculture, virtual learning and participatory education and action-learning.
