This event is organized by Food Science and Technology Network between Vietnam and Belgium (VBFoodNet) every two years, since 2009. Details of the event could be found on the conference website:

It is our goal to establish a platform for leading academic scientists, researchers, and practitioners publishing, sharing and discussing on their latest findings, scientific opinions, and experience on all aspects of food, nutrition and public health and to strengthen sustainable co-operations, contacts, and knowledge exchange between scientists from the North and the South.

Each topic will be covered by the well-known keynote speakers, followed by oral presentations selected from the submitted abstracts. Abstract and full-text submission are via the conference website.
 
Deadlines:
     Abstract submission deadline:              1st December 2019
     Notification of abstract acceptance:     30th December 2019
     Full-text submission deadline:             20th January 2020
     Notification of full-text acceptance:      28th February, 2020
     End of early bird registration:              15th March 2020
