The aim of the discussion is to understand the skills that (cereal) food producers have and the skills that are needed for transition to more sustainable (cereal) food production. This confidential structured discussion will take place in a relaxed atmosphere, it will involve 8 to 12 food producers in the cereal sector along the supply chain from breeder to baker and 2 moderators and will last 1½ to 2 hours. The focus group discussion takes place concurrently with the 19th ICC Conference at BOKU 24-25 April 2019.
The Focus Group discussion is a part of NextFOOD: a project which aims to educate the next generation of professionals in the agri-food system. ISEKI-Food Association is a partner in NextFOOD and will host the Focus Group. NextFOOD partners in 13 countries on 3 continents will hold similar Focus Group discussions – one is already completed in Greece with producers of grapes, olives and honey.
By joining this discussion, you will add your voice to the co-creation of innovation and knowledge in the agrifood sector!
Please respond to Dr. Line Friis-Lindner (line@iseki-food.net), Project Manager of ISEKI-Food Association to express your interest in participation.
