INFOGEST Training School

The objective of this school is to train people on how to use the static and semi-dynamic in vitro digestion models that have been developed within INFOGEST and how to determine the digestive enzyme activities. INFOGEST will not be able to cover the accommodation and the travel fees for the trainees but will only pay for the consumables used during the week, 3 lunches, 2 dinners and the coffee breaks.

The maximum number of participants will be limited to 25 and if there are more than 25 applications, priority will be given to permanent staff rather than students.
