- The Colloquium is held from the Tuesday evening reception on Tuesday 14 May and lasts until lunch on Thursday 16 May
- Our INTRINSIC Team meeting starts after lunch on Thursday 16 May until mid afternoon on Friday 17 May.
The website for the Colloquium asks you to complete a registration form, and to book direct your bed and breakfast accommodation at the Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe using their booking form which is downloadable from the ICA website. (follow the link on the home page www.ica-europe.info )
The additional cost for all the meals during the INTRINSIC meeting (from coffee on the afternoon of Thursday 16 May to the Friday afternoon coffee) is 75€ per person.
The ICA Secretariat will invoice you for the Colloquium Registration fee 250€ plus the Intrinsic Meeting fee 75€ = 325€ after you have registered using the registration form on the ICA website.
