The 49th NIFST International Conference and Annual General Meeting, with the theme: “Next-Generation Food Science and Technology Solutions for Nation Building”, will be held from 20th -24th October, 2025 in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
The Conference offers a platform to elaborate a sustainable framework to address the contemporary national issue of diversification of national economy through innovation in Food Processing and packaging as a veritable option.
