The conference fees above include the entrance to the conference, the book of abstracts, the Welcome Reception on 6 July 2016, 1 lunch and 4 coffee breaks.

Presenters should provide their abstract reference number in order to ensure that their material is included in the final program and abstract book. Please note that if you have not paid your registration fee until end of March, your abstract will not be included in the book of abstracts.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations have to be sent in written form.

The following cancellation policy will be followed for refunds:

  • for cancellations received before 6 June 2016, the refund will be limited to 50% of the amount paid.
  • for cancellations received after 6 June 2016 no refund will be made.
