Parmenides Conference "Feeding the Mediterranean" (hybrid event)

In partnership with the Interacademic Group for Development (GID), the CIHEAM is organizing the eleventh edition of the Parmenidès symposium entitled “Feeding the Mediterranean” from 17 to 19 June. The event will take place at the CIHEAM Montpellier and will bring together international experts to discuss agricultural and food transitions in the Mediterranean.

Bringing together more than thirty speakers, the 9 roundtables will address topics including: agroecology and food security, irrigation and the future of Mediterranean agriculture, food sovereignty, agricultural prices, public policies and food safety, the Mediterranean diet, and food transitions.
